TOP MATTERS / PRIVACY
Information provided through this website
This notice explains the information collected by the Top Matters website. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@topmatters.com.
Case enquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Optional fields include your telephone number, country, approximate amount and currency, company or platform name, and website involved. You may include public wallet addresses and transaction hashes in your description. Please do not provide seed phrases, private keys, passwords or identity documents.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to review the reported situation, respond to you and administer any follow-up. It is saved in an administrator-only WordPress case record. An administrator notification email contains a case reference and a link to the record rather than your submitted narrative. Submissions are not automatically published as articles.
Technical processing
Hosting, WordPress and email services process information necessary to operate the website. The contact form uses request verification, a hidden spam field, duplicate protection and temporary rate limits based on salted hashes. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to check for automated submissions; see the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy notice. Other server logs and installed services may have their own records and retention settings.
Access and disclosure
Case records are restricted to website administrators. Relevant hosting and email service providers may process information to operate the service. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law. Any further evidence sharing or professional engagement should be discussed separately.
Retention and requests
Contact support@topmatters.com to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information. Requests may require identity verification and may be subject to applicable obligations. Case records remain in the system until an administrator takes action; no automatic deletion period is currently configured.
Cookies and links
WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. Other installed features may use cookies depending on their configuration. External websites linked from articles apply their own privacy notices. This notice should be read alongside any additional disclosures shown by those features.
Contact details
The support email is support@topmatters.com. Telephone and correspondence details marked temporary elsewhere on this site are placeholders and must not be treated as a verified operating location.
Case progress access
The case tracking page uses the email address on your enquiry and your case ID to show the review status and the latest written client update. Keep both details private. Tracking attempts are rate limited using temporary salted identifiers. Submitted accounts, contact details and administrator-only notes are not included in the tracking result.
