HOW WE INVESTIGATE
A structured process,
with clear expectations.
01. Share your case
Use the case form to provide a short account of what happened. Include approximate dates, the relevant platform or website, and any public transaction references you already have. Keep wallet credentials and identity documents out of the initial enquiry.
02. Review the available information
The administrator reviews your submission and may contact you for clarification. An initial enquiry does not create an engagement or commit you to a paid service.
03. Agree the scope
If further work is appropriate, the proposed scope, deliverables, limitations and fees are explained before you decide whether to proceed. Some matters may require a lawyer, a regulated professional, a service provider or law enforcement.
04. Trace and investigate
Agreed work can include transaction review, evidence organisation and analysis of relevant supporting records. Findings should distinguish observed facts from working interpretations.
05. Understand the findings
The findings explain what the available evidence supports, the remaining gaps and potential next steps. A traced transaction does not by itself establish that an asset can be recovered.
